In the case of ecoline wires with KEVLAR CORE spark energy is transferred through a core made of Kevlar surrounded by the insulation coating made of EPDM.
Such construction of the core provides a very good quality of the spark, the electric resistance of this type of wire is distributed uniformly along its entire length.
Covers insulation depending on the version is made of silicone or EPDM and provides overvoltage resistance and tightness, as well as resistance to temperature fluctuations and chemical and atmospheric factors.
Terminals used by our company ensure the best possible connection between the ignition wire and ignition cap or spark plug.
The outside epdm insulation ensures basic degree of the protection against external factors influence i.e. resistance against effect of anyacids, oils and greases, and thermal resistance strange of -30 °c - +180 °c

In the case of ecoline wires with COOPER CORE spark energy is transferred through the core made as copper coil surrounded by a EPDM insulation layer.
Such core design provides excellent spark quality with virtually zero power loss. attenuation of electromagnetic pulses and equal resistance of all wires is provided by resistors embedded in covers of metal terminals.
Covers insulation made of silicone or EPDM provides overvoltage resistance and tightness as well as resistance to Temperature fluctuations and chemical and atmospheric factors; resistors in covers equalize electrical resistance of wires and eliminates the formation of disruptions.
